| Artist Agustina Woodgate will host the last installment of CIFO's Family Cultural Spot for the exhibition Frames and Documents: Conceptualist Practices, Saturday, March 3. For this workshop kids will be asked to bring an article of clothing they could dispose of. Using these garments Woodgate will explore the understanding of materials through deconstruction, dialog and storytelling and guide children through the process of finding meaning in all their decisions and transformations. The kids will also be taken on an insightful tour of the exhibition Frames and Documents: Conceptualist Practices highlighting works that inspired this activity.

| About the artist
Agustina Woodgate graduated from the National University of Visual Arts, Argentina, in 2004 and has exhibited extensively in U.S and abroad. She has initiated collaborative projects and has been awarded artists residencies both nationally and internationally. Her practice aims to create art that fosters exchanges between people rather than encounters between a viewer and object. Through these exchanges, meaning is elaborated collectively, rather than in the space of individual consumption. Her works explore the physical, emotional and cultural relationships we have with our surroundings by examining how individuals aspire, adapt, observe, connect, seek and find solutions for living.
